You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• System interference: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; circumventing security measures; or overloading our servers.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software related to the Service.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating FreeUtilityApps or any other person or entity.
• Data harvesting: Collecting user data or content from the Service without authorization.
• Commercial redistribution: Reselling or redistributing the Service or its outputs as your own product or service without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreeUtilityApps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes our website design, code, brand name ("FreeUtilityApps"), logo, and written content.

Because most tools process data entirely in your browser, your content is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. In cases where server-side processing is used (if implemented in the future), this will be clearly disclosed and governed by additional data handling terms.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Tool outputs (compressed files, converted images, generated passwords, calculated values) should be verified by you before use in critical applications. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the correctness of any tool output.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREEUTILITYAPPS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
• Cost of substitute goods or services

• Any damages arising from errors in tool outputs
• Data loss or corruption resulting from use of our tools

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100 USD (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FreeUtilityApps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Any content you process using our tools that causes harm to third parties

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

EU users: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under EU law, including the right to access EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) mechanisms at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
